National Strategy on Gender

The clown show that is our national leaders published another useless strategy or “aspirational vision” as they call it. This week the White House announced their National Strategy on Gender Equity and Equality. The “aspirational vision” is essentially hyper focused on addressing “longstanding gender discrimination and the systemic barriers to full participation that have held back women and girls, especially women and girls of color.”

Side note: I thought this was the party of science and science has proven there is no gender in this society any longer?

“The strategy identifies ten interconnected priorities: 1) economic security; 2) gender-based violence; 3) health; 4) education; 5) justice and immigration; 6) human rights and equality under the law; 7) security and humanitarian relief; 8) climate change; 9) science and technology; and 10) democracy, participation, and leadership. These priorities are inherently linked and must be tackled in concert.”

The gender-based violence includes addressing “human trafficking.” One sure fire way to address human trafficking is to CLOSE OUR SOUTHERN BORDER! They also claim there’s a maternal mortality crisis in this country, and “which has a disproportionate impact on Blacks”. 754 deaths were reported related to births in 2019 by the CDC – 241 were black women and 343 were white women. I fail to see the crisis. Climate change? Are women disproportionately impacted by climate change?

“Ensure that people have equal access to good jobs, including by addressing persistent gender discrimination and systemic barriers to full workforce participation.” As of August 2021 there were 10.4 Million job openings in America, according to the US Bureau of Labor and Statistics, and 7.7 Million Americans unemployed. The number of persons not in the labor force who currently want a job was 6.0 million in September. These individuals were not counted as unemployed because they were not actively looking for work during the last 4 weeks or were unavailable to take a job. Among these groups of unemployed 4.7% were men, and 7.9% were blacks. These two groups led the pack – women were at 4.2%.

If these morons running this government were to create policy based on data, science, statistics, you’d be able to lift all Americans and not select groups. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 protects all Americans and should prosecute people like Joe Biden and Kamala Harris for openly discriminating against groups of American’s with “aspirational vision’s” like this horseshit!

In February of this year, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) released the 2020 detailed breakdowns for the 67,448 charges of workplace discrimination the agency received in Fiscal Year (FY) 2020. Gender was 4th on the list! Here’s a breakdown by category of the charges filed:

Retaliation: 37,632 (55.8 percent of all charges filed)
Disability: 24,324 (36.1 percent)
Race: 22,064 (32.7 percent)
Sex: 21,398 (31.7 percent)
Age: 14,183 (21.0 percent)
National Origin: 6,377 (9.5 percent)
Color: 3,562 (5.3 percent)
Religion: 2,404 (3.6 percent)
Equal Pay Act: 980 (1.5 percent)
Genetic Information: 440 (0.7 percent)

There are 157 Million people employed in the US. Of the reported cases above, 67,000 charges out of 157 Million people employed – that’s a ratio 0.000426%. This is not to say that all instances of workplace discrimination are captured in these statistics. Many incidents’ are not reported at all. But what this proves is the CRA of 1964 is a piece of legislation that works.

“Aspirational visions” from the White House should remain just that – visions. That’s not how these woke leaders operate however. We’ll soon see, as we’re already seeing (and this writer has experienced), legislation designed to openly discriminate against certain groups.

Let’s hope the EEOC charges increase by two – Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
